Rheumatoid arthritis is a condition that's extremely painful. Here, the lining of the joints are inflamed. The inflammation can be observed in hands and feet. This type of arthritis is not a result of long wear and tear.

The condition is created by an improper immune response. It results in the attack of body on its own healthy tissue. The condition can even affect the eyes, heart and lungs. Once it is in progressing age, the disease results in cartilage damage, tendons, bone as well as ligaments damage.

There are several procedures that can eliminate the pain caused by rheumatoid arthritis. The disease is chronic and will live with you for the rest of life. The treatment and medication may change with time. However, the pain gets worse and it becomes almost impossible to live with it.

The supplement works towards firmness of the bones so that more of calcium is absorbed from the body.

c) Vitamin B 12

This is a group of eleven different B vitamins. All these vitamins work towards contributing to the overall health of the nervous system. These are several other ways to cope up with arthritis pain other than taking vitamin supplements and medications. Here, you need to provide strength to your mind and change the way you look at life. Mentioned below are certain points that would be of great help to you.

It is true that most of your body parts and joints are crying with pain. This makes it almost impossible to focus on other things in life. However, you should not give up easily. Think that you have the power to conquer the pain and chances are that you will.
